What can I do if I can't login?
Check that you are entering your password exactly as you did when you signed up. Make sure you are using CAPITALS where you chose them! If you still can't access your account then click 'Account', then 'Login' at the top right of the site and then the 'Forgot your password?' link. Enter your email addess and click 'Submit' and you will be emailed instructions for resetting your password!
What can I do if I didn't complete my order?
If you didn't complete your order, the last items you added to your basket will be remembered and will show in your cart. You can resume your order at any time and continue through to the payment page.

We will email you a confirmation of your order, and also details of when you order is shipped along with the tracking number. Are my details secure?
We run our site through one of the world's most powerful ecommerce website who use their experience and knowledge to ensure we are certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. Our hosts are very serious about securely hosting our online store and they have invested significant time and money to certify our solution PCI compliant. From annual on-site assessments validating compliance to continuous risk management, they work really hard to ensure our shopping cart software and ecommerce hosting is secure.
Can I send my items to more than one address?
If you would like to send your item to more than 1 address then you will need to place separate orders for each delivery address.
Is shipping the same for the whole of the United Kingdom?
We use the same shipping rates for the whole of the UK.
Do you deliver oversees?
Yes we deliver to all the countries listed on our Delivery Page
Do I have to be in to have my order delivered?
If your item is delivered by Royal Mail and you are not in they will leave a card for you to collect at a convenient time or they may be able to leave it with a neighbour. With UKMail they will attempt to deliver again if you are not in. If there is a safe place where your order can be left please leave these details in the order notes section when placing your order and we will inform the delivery company.
How long will it take to deliver my parcel?
Delivery should take from 3-5 days from the date of collection, however outlying areas such as the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, the IOM & IOW may take slightly longer. Please allow 7 working days from the date of collection before querying a delivery.
