Getting round to meditating can often be hard as we all have so many things in life to juggle! We know that a lot of people find participating in meditation classes as a group more motivating than doing it alone. For this reason we will be running FREE online weekly mindfulness classes starting soon. Featuring relaxation and breathing techniques and guided meditation you can join our weekly online class and benefit from taking part in a group meditation - and all for FREE!
You just need to register for the class before and tune in at the start time!
The classes will also be recorded so if you miss one or aren't able to attend at the scheduled time you can play the recording any time you like.
