Is my payment secure?
All orders placed with AHigherPlan.com are secure. When you order for the first time you will be given the choice of setting up an account. This will enable you to check out faster in future and will also remember your name and address details. Your credit card details will NOT be remembered. All checkout payments are processed using our payment gateway Shopify payments, powered by Stripe, a globally renowned payment processor for secure online payments. We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa and Mastercard as well as debit cards. You can also pay for your order using PayPal or Bitcoin.
What currency am I charged?
You can choose to display the prices on our site in any of the currencies available in the drop down on the top left of your page. All goods stocked on AHigherPlan.com are charged in GBP (£). If you choose a different currency the amount will be converted into GBP (£) at the checkout before you order.
How do I place an order?
- After adding the items you wish to buy click on cart to see how much your order totals. If you have a safe place where your delivery can be left if you are out then enter this into the Order Notes section. Add any other information about your order in this box. Update the cart and then click Checkout.
- On the next page you can either login to your account (if you already have one) or Register a New Account.
- On the next page you can check your address details. You can choose to use the same address for your billing and shipping or have your products delivered to a different address to that of your billing address. Please make sure the billing address matches that for your credit card. Your order summary will be shown on the right and here you can enter a discount code if you have one.
- Underneath are the billing details. You can enter a gift card code here if you have one.
- Choose your payment method - Credit/debit card, Paypal or Bitcoin and click Complete Order.
- Your order will be processed.
- You will also receive email confirmation of all orders as well as an email to notify you when your order has been dispatched.
Is there a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value.
How can I check my orders?
Once you have ordered and created an account you can login at any time and see your order history using the login link on the top right of the page.
How can I update my details?
You can change your delivery address once you are logged into your account. If you want to update your email address please email us at email@example.com with your new email address and we will amend your details for you!
I can't login to my account!
If you cannot login to your account then click the 'Forgot your password' link and you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
If you try to create a new account using an email address that you have already registered then it will not allow the account to be opened. If you wish to use the same email then try logging in or use the 'Forgot your password' link to reset your password.
