Rosemary (Rosemarinus officinalis) is a great multi-purpose herb that has been used in traditional medicine for centuries. Rosemary can help improve circulation; relieve rheumatism, relieve muscle, nerve, and sciatic pain; boost liver function, eliminate bad breath, boost immune function, cure adrenal fatigue, improve digestion, and kill harmful bacteria.

Rosemary can be infused into an oil and used externally for skin conditions like eczema. Rosemary oil makes a powerful massage oil for any pain such as sore muscles, backaches, and soothe arthritis pain. Massaging the affected area with this oil can relieve pain from sprains and joint aches due to its anti-inflammatory properties. It is also very soothing and healing to skin, and makes a good hot oil hair treatment.

You can use rosemary essential oil for the following:

Clarity – Add a drop to your hands, rub together, and cup over your mouth and nose for up to a minute
Immune Booster – Rosemary oil helps activate the activity of antioxidants which are responsible for fighting infection and disease. You can also massage the oil to decrease the cortisol levels.
