Sweet Peach and Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

  • 2 small peaches

  • About 100g of frozen blueberries 

  • 150ml of almond milk (or any other plant based milk) 

  • 2 tablespoons of shelled hemp seeds

  • 1 tablespoon of oats 

  • 1 teaspoon of almond butter or tahini

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla powder

Simply cut the peach flesh off the stone, then place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If you want something extra delicious, try pouring half of it into a bowl and adding granola – it’s delicious!
